We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone), information generated by your use of Horura (booking history, reviews), and technical data (IP address, device information).

2. Use of Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process bookings, send confirmations, provide customer support, and send you relevant offers and updates.

3. Disclosure of Data

We share your information with the sellers you book or order from (to fulfil your booking or order), payment processors (HitPay), email service providers (Resend), and Meta (WhatsApp), which we use to send booking alerts to sellers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Security of Data

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All payment information is encrypted and processed by HitPay, a payment processor registered with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM).

5. Your Legal Rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. To delete your account, use Delete Account Permanently on your Profile page. For any other request, please contact us at support@horura.app.

We use cookies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyse how Horura is used. You can manage cookie settings in your browser.
